My Private sessions will allow you to work at your own pace, with my undivided attention, as you start to discover and experience the many benefits of Pilates.

Virtual Group Session

 

 

Stay warm and toasty in your own home, I dare you to even work out in your pajamas! Make sure you have a bottle of water handy.We don't want to those muscles to cramp up as we do our workout together. My goal is to give you the high quality, results - driven workouts you'd expect in a Pilates studio without leaving the house. Reduce stress as you laugh with people from all over the state!

I promise you will build strength and confidence and leave the work out feeling better.

Can't make it live no worries your class recording is included and available for one week so you never miss a work out again.

  • Classes will sometimes incorporate props such as -Bands, weights, sliders/towels.

Meet your instructor

Laura Bonelli's near decade-long passion for Pilates first started on a transformer herself, as a client recovering from breast cancer.

She now continues that passion as a Pilates instructor. Laura loves helping her clients overcome obstacles to meet their physical, mental, and individual needs.Her certifications includes: Building Better Bones, The Pink Ribbon Program and Pilates for Neurological Conditions.

She's no stranger to obstacles herself, being diagnosed with Celiac disease, Osteoporosis and Breast Cancer.

One of her passions is helping other cancer survivors, as they go through their process of recovery. She takes a come-as-you-are approach to her Pilates classes. She truly believes, you are never too

old or too far off to start your health journey.

In her free time, you can find her enjoying her husband, kids, and grandkids, almost always with an iced coffee in her hand and a gluten-free treat in the other.
